Key Responsibilities

• Conduct personalised consultations to understand customers' needs and recommend suitable yoga classes and membership packages.
• Drive membership sales and achieve sales targets.
• Close sales and accurately complete membership documentation in the system.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via online and offline channels.
• Provide excellent after-sales support and guide members throughout their yoga journey in collaboration with our instructors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing members.
