Position Purpose

We are seeking a seasoned industry veteran to serve as a strategic Advisor to our executive leadership team. In this role, you will leverage your deep industry expertise to architect our performance management framework, optimize internal workflows, and mitigate risk. Additionally, you will act as the critical industry bridge for our newly appointed IT Director, ensuring our tech stack integration aligns perfectly with unique industry operational nuances.

Key Responsibilities

1.Performance Management & KPI Architecture

  1. Collaborate with the CEO, COO, and department heads to design, implement, and refine a robust, data-driven KPI framework.
  2. Ensure departmental KPIs are vertically aligned with overarching company growth and financial objectives.
  3. Establish clear methodologies for performance tracking, reporting, and management.

2.Process Optimization & Internal Risk Control

  1. Audit existing operational processes to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and inefficiencies.
  2. Design and document optimized, scalable workflows across all core business units.
  3. Establish internal risk control mechanisms and robust review/approval processes to safeguard company assets and compliance.

3.Strategic IT & Systems Alignment

  1. Partner closely with the newly appointed IT Director to guide the launch and implementation of core functional systems.
  2. Translate industry-specific business requirements into technical needs, ensuring the IT Director has the necessary domain context to succeed.
  3. Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) strategies from a business-logic perspective to ensure new systems meet operational standards.

Requirements& Qualifications

  1. Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience. Data center industry experience is a must.
  2. Demonstrated success in designing OKR/KPI frameworks and driving change management in a corporate environment.
  3. Deep knowledge of business process re-engineering (BPR), internal audit standards, and risk mitigation frameworks.
  4. While not a coder, you must have extensive experience implementing large-scale enterprise software (e.g., ERP, CRM, or industry-specific systems) from the business side.
  5. Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills; ability to influence C-level executives and guide senior peers (like the IT Director) without direct authority; culture/global-diversity savvy.
