Overseas KOL/Influencer Operations Specialist (Singapore)

Job Description / Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute overseas influencer marketing initiatives (KOL/KOC). You will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and managing creators on key global platforms to achieve user growth and engagement targets.

  • Build and nurture a thriving creator ecosystem. Develop and launch creator incentive programs based on gaming trends and hot topics. Formulate tailored content marketing strategies for different game genres to foster a vibrant UGC (User-Generated Content) community.

  • Adopt a product-driven approach to scale operations. Utilize internal and external tools to develop systematic, scalable strategies for managing and activating large groups of KOCs (Key Opinion Consumers).

  • Manage creator relationships and feedback loops. Oversee the day-to-day communication with creators, serving as the key point of contact. Establish and maintain effective feedback channels between the creator community and the product/development teams.

  • Conduct market intelligence and strategy iteration. Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and viral content. Analyze this data to identify emerging opportunities and iterate on marketing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Job Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher. A minimum of 1 year of experience in user operations, community management, or overseas creator/influencer management is highly preferred.

  • Possess strong logical thinking, a results-driven mindset, and excellent execution skills. Proficient in data analysis, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A genuine passion for gaming and/or the broader entertainment industry. Being a seasoned gamer, particularly with experience in global gaming communities, is a significant plus. Familiarity with ACG (Anime, Comics, Games) culture is highly desirable.

  • Professional working proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is required to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders across different regions.

  • Deeply familiar with major global social media and community platforms such as Discord, YouTube, Twitter/X, TikTok, etc.
