Beauty Consultant - Skincare

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized skincare consultations to create a premium customer experience.
  • Achieve individual sales targets by driving new customer acquisition, repeat business, cross-selling, and upselling.
  • Build strong customer relationships through effective CRM, clienteling, and follow-up to encourage customer loyalty.
  • Represent the SK-II brand professionally, maintaining excellent grooming, product knowledge, and awareness of market trends.
  • Manage daily counter operations, including merchandising, stock replenishment, inventory control, cash handling, and compliance with SOPs.
  • Safeguard company assets and maintain accurate operational documentation, inventory records, and audit readiness.
  • Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and in-store events to drive business performance.
  • Collaborate with the Counter Leader and team members, participate in training, and continuously enhance product knowledge and selling capabilities.

Requirements

  • Fluent in communication, well-groomed and confident
  • Self-driven team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Prior sales experience is an advantage; experience in luxury beauty is preferred
  • Students or fresh graduates in beauty, cosmetology, fashion, or related fields are encouraged to apply
  • Passionate about the beauty industry and current trends
  • On-the-job training and skincare training will be provided
  • Comfortable using digital tools and technology for customer consultation.
  • Available to perform retail operational hours, including weekends and public holidays
