Job Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate routines and activities for infants aged 2 to 18 months
- Provide responsive caregiving, including feeding, diaper changing, bathing, and nap supervision
- Ensure infants’ safety, hygiene, and well-being at all times
- Observe and document infants’ developmental milestones, behaviours, and learning progress
- Create a safe, warm, and stimulating environment that supports sensory exploration and early development
- Build strong bonding and trusting relationships with infants through nurturing interactions
- Communicate regularly with parents on feeding, sleeping, toileting, and developmental updates
Requirements
- Minimum Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY)
- ECDA Certified LON - EY2
