Job Summary
The Marketing Manager will develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen brand identity, increase customer engagement, and drive sales growth across all restaurant concepts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to enhance brand positioning and market presence
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for existing outlets, new openings, seasonal promotions, and product launches to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform marketing decisions and support business growth
- Drive sales and profitability by creating and managing effective marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance using marketing analytics and recommend improvements to optimize results
- Manage digital marketing platforms including social media channels, websites, and online delivery platforms to increase brand visibility
- Create engaging marketing content, promotional materials, and digital campaigns to enhance customer engagement
- Coordinate advertising, promotional displays, and point-of-sale materials across all outlets to ensure brand consistency
- Liaise with shopping malls, media agencies, vendors, influencers, and external partners to execute marketing campaigns and events
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Culinary, Central Kitchen, Business Development, HR, and Finance teams to support marketing initiatives and ensure timely campaign execution
- Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-effective resource utilization
- Track marketing KPIs and prepare periodic performance reports for management review
- Manage customer communications, corporate branding, public relations, and media enquiries to support reputation management
- Handle marketing-related customer feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and brand reputation
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
