Job Scope:
- Assist with daily administrative duties such as documentation, data entry work and managing correspondences to stakeholders.
- Support in matters related to finance (e.g. processing invoices) and/or procurement (e.g. coordinating the purchase of food and supplies).
- Handle telephone calls/emails and inquiries from stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
- Good communication skills and comfortable engaging stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask with good time management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in customer service or front desk-related operations.
Contract Duration: 3 Months (Jul 26 to Oct 26)
Working Hours
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Fridays: 7:00am to 4.00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Location: Telok Blangah
Salary: $2300 per month
