About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, driven 360-degree Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team as a Senior Recruitment Consultant / Principal Consultant. This is an opportunity for a seasoned recruiter who thrives on autonomy, enjoys building client relationships from the ground up, and wants to take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle — from business development to candidate placement.

What You'll Be Doing
- Manage the full recruitment cycle — business development, client management, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and placement
- Proactively develop new client relationships while nurturing and growing existing accounts
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across your specialization(s)
- Provide market insights and advisory support to clients on hiring trends, salary benchmarking, and talent availability
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring a high-touch, professional process
- Collaborate with internal teams (HR operations, EOR, payroll) to support broader client needs
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team billing targets
- Mentor and support junior consultants where applicable (for Principal Consultant level)
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5-7 years of proven 360-degree recruitment experience (agency-side preferred)
- Strong track record of business development and billings
- Established client base with minimum SGD 200,000 and above sales per annum.
- Established network and/or experience within a specific industry vertical (e.g., banking & finance, technology, engineering, healthcare, supply chain, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Regional recruitment experience (Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam) is an advantage
