Event Production Executive

Location: Lavender

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hour

Work Type: 10-Month Contract (till End May 2027)

Salary: Up to $ 5,000 per month

What you will be working on?

• Coordinate performing groups' participation in the event, including rehearsal schedules, costumes, props, and logistics to ensure smooth performance delivery.
• Support production planning and execution by coordinating rehearsals, filming, and on-site operations during rehearsals and parade days.
• Assist in the development of video and projection content by coordinating pre-recordings and liaising with the sound, lighting, and effects teams.
• Collaborate with choreographers and the production team to support the creative direction and execution of parade performances.
• Recruit and coordinate volunteers to provide operational support during rehearsals and event days.
• Provide administrative support to the production team, including preparing presentation materials, documenting meeting minutes, and maintaining records for participating groups.

What are we looking for?

• Singaporean only
• Minimum Degree in Event Management/ Art Management or relevant discipline.
• Interest in or knowledge of performing arts, cultural events, or community programming is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint.
