Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and document management
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Handle basic correspondence and communication with internal teams
- Maintain records and update databases accurately
- Support day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth workflow
- Min GCE ‘N’/‘O’ Levels, ‘A’ Levels, Diploma and above
- Keen interest in the healthcare/medical industry
- No experience needed, full training will be provided
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Able to start work immediately
