Job Summary

The Enterprise Solutions Executive will identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, government, and critical infrastructure sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned market segments to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent business development
  • Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations to effectively communicate product value
  • Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, industry events, and prospecting activities to expand client base
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets to meet business objectives
  • Analyze customer business and security requirements to propose tailored technology solutions
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and industry partners to enhance customer loyalty
  • Manage customer accounts throughout the sales lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop comprehensive customer proposals
  • Monitor tender opportunities and prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions to secure contracts
  • Participate in project discussions and technical clarification meetings to support project success
  • Support contract negotiations and project handovers to ensure smooth transitions

Required competencies and certifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related disciplines
  • 2-3 years of B2B sales, business development, or account management experience

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience in one or more of the following industries is highly preferred: CCTV & Surveillance, Access Control, Security Technology, System Integration, Smart Building Solutions, ICT & Networking, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity
  • Strong communication and presentation skills demonstrated through customer engagements
  • Consultative selling approach applied to understand and address client needs
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills to close deals and maintain partnerships
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset to achieve sales goals
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges and deliver solutions
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary + Sales Commission Scheme
