Customer Service Officer (6 Months Contract) x3 #NKC

Handle customer enquiries via digital channels (webforms and live chat).

Provide prompt and accurate resolutions while meeting service KPIs.

Assist customers with billing enquiries, account opening/closure, high consumption cases, and bill adjustments.

Process payment arrangements, including instalment plans, payment deferments, and related requests.

Maintain accurate records and follow up on customer cases where required.

Support daily operations and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
