Overview

We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue by acquiring new clients and forging strategic partnerships. They identify hiring needs across industries and ensure candidate placements align with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients, including but not limited to the following industries: hospitality, medical, IT, retail, F&B.
  • Tailor recruitment and business development strategies based on client needs and industry standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Analyse market trends and lead multi-channel marketing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business goals with marketing efforts.
  • Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and reports.
  • Maintain accurate data to monitor sales targets, pipeline, and revenue performance.

Qualifications &Skills

  • Proven experience in business development, HR recruitment, or staffing services.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employment regulations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
  • CEI (Basic) Certification preferred

Salary

  • In addition to the base salary, employees are entitled to a negotiable commission based on the total amount of placement fees collected through successful placements for each calendar month.
