Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement of food ingredients, beverages, groceries, and retail merchandise.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and overseas suppliers.
- Issue purchase orders and monitor deliveries.
- Coordinate inventory replenishment for the restaurant and minimart.
- Monitor stock levels and conduct regular stock audits.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods from suppliers to the restaurant and minimart.
- Coordinate logistics for imported products where applicable.
- Maintain inventory records and prepare purchasing and stock reports.
- Work with the kitchen and store teams to forecast inventory requirements.
- Monitor product quality, expiry dates, and storage conditions.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and inventory control procedures.
- Develop and improve procurement and inventory SOPs.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers.
- Perform other operational duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2–5 years of relevant experience in procurement, inventory, logistics, retail, food and beverage, or supply chain.
- Good negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
