Job Scope:
- Support the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations.
- Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate daily work assignments.
- Monitor inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure timely receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Perform stock counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Ensure quality checks are completed before deliveries.
- Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers on warehouse activities.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized warehouse.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist with manual handling of goods when required.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit and able to support warehouse operations when required.
