Who We’re Looking For
NITEC / Diploma (minimum qualification)
Singaporeans only
Service-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
Comfortable working rotating shifts (Morning / Afternoon / Night)
Able to work up to 6 days per week
What You’ll Be Doing
Support passengers at check-in counters and self-service kiosks
Assist travellers at Auto Bag Drop stations
Manage boarding gate operations and coordinate with airline crew and departments
Provide assistance to transit passengers and those requiring special support
Guide and support a small team during daily operations
Ensure smooth passenger flow and deliver excellent service standards
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: From $2,200+
Monthly Allowances: Up to $500
Joining Bonus: $5,000
AWS: 13th Month Bonus
, Performance Bonus: Up to 3 months
