Process Integration Engineer (RFSOI Technology Development)

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize RFSOI process technologies for 2DIC and 3DIC applications
• Collaborate with device engineering teams to co-optimize RF performance and layout for manufacturing scalability
• Lead yield improvement initiatives, reliability testing, and failure analysis for RFSOI products
• Partner with fabrication teams to transition new technologies from R&D to production
• Evaluate and implement emerging materials, process modules, and device structures to enhance RF performance

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Semiconductor Physics, or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of experience in RF semiconductor technology development, preferably on SOI platforms
• Proven experience in developing and transferring RF technologies into high-volume manufacturing is an added advantage
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills
