- Conduct on-site promotion and introduce the institution's Chinese language education programs to potential customers.
- Approach and engage with prospective clients to promote courses and services.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate course information.
- Build positive relationships with customers and collect potential leads.
- Assist the team in achieving sales and enrollment targets.
- Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor.
- No minimum educational qualification required.
- Singapore PR or Singapore Citizen only.
- Able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin.
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable interacting with people.
- Prior sales, customer service, or promotional experience is preferred.
- Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Candidates with relevant experience will be given priority.
