Hiring: Accounts Assistant (1-Year Contract) | Up to $3,500 + Completion Bonus
Location: Asia Square (Near Shenton Way MRT)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday
• 8.30am – 5.30pm OR 9.00am – 6.00pm
Salary: Up to $3,500/month
Bonus: 1-Month Completion Bonus
What You'll Do
- Assist with monthly financial closing and management reporting
- Verify and process agents' disbursements and ensure compliance with company procedures
- Perform agent statement reconciliations and follow up on outstanding items
- Review operating cost provisions, unbilled/unearned revenue, and bunker stock reports
- Process supplier invoices within required timelines
- Handle daily accounting operations and support ad-hoc finance duties
