We’re experiencing rapid growth in both client base and team, which now comprises around 500 people across our offices worldwide. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for more bright minds who are excited to make a real impact by solving complex problems.
As part of this role, you’ll
Keep up to date with any changes to MOM regulation
Process new applications, renewal and cancellation of different passes, i.e; Employment, Dependent pass, S-Pass, Entrepass, Work Holiday passes, letter of consent, and other work-related passes
Have knowledge pertaining to the requirement of licenses by MOM based on the Company’s scope of work
Process appeal letters for unsuccessful applications
Provide consultation to client’s enquiries on visas and work passes matters
Collection of relevant documents for submission and approval
Coordinate and follow up with clients on the processing of applications
Any other corporate and ad-hoc jobs as required
You’ll need to have
Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in relevant field, Business Administration, Business Management or Law
Relevant work experience will be highly preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team player
Self-motivated and proactive; able to work independently and meticulously under tight deadlines.
Self starter and eager to learn and initiate processes.
