Specialist/ Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition

Primarily responsible full recruitment cycle, ensuring that the organization attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline, onboarding matters and Employee Engagement.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Singapore. This role will be instrumental in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across various functions, ensuring we build and maintain a strong workforce that drives our business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition creation to offer acceptance, including developing job descriptions, posting positions, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing candidate communication.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, define ideal candidate profiles, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals, to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and skills evaluations, to ensure a strong cultural and technical fit.
- Negotiate and extend competitive offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates and build talent pipelines for critical roles.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continually seeking ways to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
- Recommend and drive employee engagement activities
- Participate in and support various HR initiatives and projects as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successfully hiring for technical and professional roles.
- Demonstrated experience with full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
- Strong proficiency in using various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to recruitment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin to support day-to-day interactions with Mandarin-speaking employees in the production line
- Prior experience recruiting in the automotive, advanced technology or manufacturing sectors is a strong plus.
