Lead Generations
Develop lead generation and conversion initiatives across touchpoints and through leveraging digital marketing and technology to scale quality lead volume.
Support development of strategic plans to drive business growth of including but not limited to new customer acquisition, existing customer engagement programs.
Design & implement communication plans and collaterals to activate One Agency’s understanding and participation in Business Generation activities.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Marketing, Distribution, Tech on initiatives planning & execution process, manage project delivery within schedule and scope.
Budget Management
Manage the quarterly and annual NBP budget for lead management schemes, to ensure effective allocation of resources to maximise ROI across online and offline channels.
Regularly review and adjust budget allocations based on performance metrics and lead quality, optimizing expenditures to ensure the highest conversion rates.
Data-Driven Insights Function
Monitor and analyse initiatives key performance metrics to track the effectiveness of lead generation activities and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
Leverage on data analytics capabilities with Customer Division or Tech & Data Division to uncover and establish a data insights function within the team to develop advanced analytics capabilities for uncovering deeper insights into lead behavior and performance.
Implement training programs and share best practices with OneAgency to maximize the impact of generated leads on sales performance
Lead Compliance and Risk Oversight
Work with Distribution Risk, Legal and Compliance to implement controls and measures to compel compliant behaviours during prospecting activities.
Oversee compliance measures across lead generation activities, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and mitigating risk through proactive strategies.
Formulate and enforce policies to ensure compliance across all lead activation programs, collaborating with legal and risk management teams.

Work Experience
Experience working in insurance industry, especially with sales & distribution is an advantage
6 - 8 years work experience with at least 2 years in financial services related industry
Preferred experience in digital and/or project management, navigating large and complex organisations, including gaining access to key executives and stakeholders and successfully managing relationship building dynamics and processes
Education
A Bachelor degree in a discipline related to finance, accountancy, economics, business or marketing
