Project Management Specialist

What you will be doing
The primary purpose of the role as a Project Management Specialist is to manage, direct and control maintenance programmes at various locations to ensure that all activities are performed in accordance with the maintenance budget/cost constraints, schedule, configuration requirements and quality standards.
This includes:
- Represent as the Project Leader for all activities associated
- Organise, lead and direct the activities associated with used acquisition projects & evaluations.
- Manage and control administration of maintenance contracts to ensure compliance with contract requirements, specifications.
- Plan, organise, co-ordinate, monitor and control the work of a team of project specialists, planners, administrators and others who assist in specific assignments related to the assigned project.
- Audit all project related invoices, statements and payment applications and approve for payment.
- Make timely decisions for correction of all discrepancies noted during the maintenance activities, including the correction of all discrepancies discovered during project testing.
- Ensure the successful flow of pertinent information between all stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of requirements and policies/procedures.
- Brief senior management as appropriate.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in project management
- Fluency in English
- The right to live and work in country or the ability to obtain the requisite permits.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel software
- Good administrative and organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to work independently and be flexible
- Ability to adjust to language and cultural differences
