Manager, Strategic Partnerships

Responsibilities

• Engage social service agencies and active ageing centres to expand caregiver programme outreach.

• Develop partnerships with home and personal care providers to strengthen service delivery.

• Secure community spaces to establish programme presence at the neighbourhood level.

• Collaborate with technology and digital health solution providers to enhance remote care capabilities.

• Drive external awareness of services and represent the organization at sector forums and media engagements.

• Manage the partnership pipeline, overseeing processes from prospecting to agreement activation, and report progress to senior management.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree holder.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or stakeholder engagement within relevant sectors.

• Solid understanding of the community care landscape and programme structures.

• Effective communicator capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders confidently.

• Self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in a mission-driven environment.

• Experience in technology or digital health partnerships is an advantage.

• Demonstrated passion for caregiving welfare and supporting the senior community.
