1. Analyze a client's factory blueprint, production goals, and material types to recommend the exact machine configurations needed.
2. Design bespoke modifications, custom cutting heads, or specialized pneumatic clamps to adapt the standard machines to a client's unique product designs.
3. Run software simulations to prove to the buyer the machine can produce per hour.
4. Operate the machinery during trade shows or showroom visits, showcasing advanced features.
5. Oversee the physical installation, leveling, and laser alignment of the sold machinery on the client’s factory floor.
6. Connect the machine's operating system to the client's existing product design software.
7. Calculate and verify that the client’s industrial dust extraction and pneumatic air pressures meet the machinery's strict operational requirements.
8. Conduct hands-on training for the buyer’s floor staff on how to safely operate, program, and maintain the new equipment.
9. When a high-value client faces a complex technical breakdown, diagnoses the root cause (whether it is a faulty servo motor, a software glitch, or a pneumatic valve failure) to minimize their downtime.
