Maintenance Planning & Scheduling Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities
- Developing and managing maintenance schedules, ensuring that all maintenance activities are planned and executed efficiently.
- Coordinating with various departments to ensure minimal disruption to operations and maximizing equipment uptime.
- Manage of Maximo Master Data
- Review project equipment and instrument lists to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Manage collected data within the Maximo system, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues encountered during data collection and verification processes.
- Work closely with project teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
- Develop Plan and schedules for all Facilities, Utilities, Equipment and Instrument maintenance work execution.
- Coordinate with system owner, process owner, end user, operations, engineering, and other departments to plan and schedule maintenance activities.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in compliance with quality, safety and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Manage maintenance resources, including personnel, tools, and materials.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment history.
- Assist in the development of maintenance budgets and monitor expenditures.
- Provide Maximo support and training to maintenance personnel.
- Develop Maintenance & Calibration Work Process SOPs and provide support to staff on these processes.
- As the Site SME, attend routine Maximo Global Business meetings and support the change for continuous system improvement.
- Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
- Other duties as assigned by manager
Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
- Minimum 2 - 4 yrs of experience in maintenance planning and scheduling within the pharmaceutical industry and cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Strong knowledge of Maximo management systems and software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements in maintenance.
