Senior Finance Executive

Responsibilities
- Oversee full set of accounts for multiple entities, including active and dormant companies.
- Manage AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, and month/year-end closing.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Handle intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and related loan accounts.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries.
- Support process improvements, internal controls, and ad hoc finance projects.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably handling multiple entities.
- Good knowledge of full set accounting, financial reporting, and month/year-end closing.
- Experience with Xero and NetSuite is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
