Regional Marketing Manager

Our client is an established international company providing specialised testing equipment and quality assurance solutions to manufacturers, laboratories and research organisations across Southeast Asia and global markets.

As part of its continued growth and expansion, the company is looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to strengthen their market presence, drive brand growth and support business expansion across Singapore and Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify customer trends, market opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Manage and strengthen the company's brand positioning, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all channels.
  • Oversee the company's digital presence across LinkedIn, corporate website, YouTube, email marketing and CRM platforms.
  • Create and manage B2B marketing content including LinkedIn posts, website copy, videos, brochures, sales decks and marketing collateral.
  • Maintain and optimise the corporate website, including content updates, landing pages and lead generation funnels.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, webinars and digital initiatives to increase brand awareness and generate qualified enquiries.
  • Manage CRM data, marketing automation and basic digital integrations to support marketing effectiveness.
  • Track campaign performance, analyse results and provide recommendations to improve marketing outcomes.
  • Partner closely with the sales team to develop sales materials, support lead generation and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions and industry events to enhance brand visibility and support business development.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within industrial, engineering, manufacturing, scientific or technology-related industries.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that support business growth and lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, content creation and customer engagement.
  • Experience managing corporate websites, LinkedIn pages, CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
  • Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, email marketing or marketing automation would be advantageous.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives independently.
  • Proactive, commercially driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth environment.
