Sr. Project manager - Telecom BSS/OSS

Candidates with experience in running BSS/OSS Projectspreferred

•Responsible for end-to-end project management to ensuretimely delivery, quality outcomes, and adherence to budget.

•Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans withclearly defined milestones, tasks, resources, and deliverables.

•Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risksand manage interdependencies.

•Ensure alignment across technology teams, businessstakeholders, and external partners.

•Establish and maintain a robust program governancestructure, including reporting cadence and decision-making forums.

•Drive disciplined execution through structured planning,progress tracking, and milestone management.

•Demonstrated strong knowledge of project managementmethodologies, with PMP certification preferred.

•Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in delivery andproject management roles, preferably within large-scale projects.

•Excellent communication skills, including executive-levelpresentation capabilities.

•Strong negotiation, influencing, and conflict resolutionskills.

•Proven ability to operate effectively in high-pressure andambiguous environments.
