ROADSHOW PROMOTER

Job Summary - 7days (August 2026)

You will promote FMCG goods at a special roadshow near Mustafa from 17th to 23rd August (Monday - Sunday, 1 week) providing excellent customer service, distributing samples & assisting with setup and teardown activities.

Responsibilities

• Greet & engage customers, while promoting FMCG products effectively during the roadshow
• Distribute product samples to customers to encourage product trial & sales
• Assist with setting up the roadshow booth from 9am to 10am, on the first day to ensure readiness
• Support teardown activities from 8pm to 9pm on the last day to close the event smoothly
• Maintain a professional appearance by wearing the provided polo T-shirt and black or dark blue jeans (of your own)
• Manage time efficiently during 9am to 9pm shifts with two 45-minute meal breaks
• Demonstrate good customer service skills to enhance customer experience & purchase
• Perform basic promoter duties consistently to meet performance standards for future roadshow selection

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Ability to work a full 7-day schedule from Monday to Sunday during the roadshow period
• Experience in customer engagement & product promotion in a retail or event setting
