HR & Admin Executive

Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & AdminExecutive to support the day-to-day HR and administrative operations of the company.

The ideal candidate should be familiar with Singapore HR practices, including CPF, IRAS, MOM regulations, work pass matters, recruitment, onboarding, off-boarding, and general employee administration.

Responsibilities

  • Support full spectrum of HR and administrative duties, including employee records, HR documentation, and general office administration.
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
  • Manage onboarding and off-boarding processes, including employment documentation, staff orientation, exit clearance, and final salary coordination.
  • Handle work pass matters, including applications, renewals, cancellations, and MOM-related submissions.
  • Assist with payroll administration and statutory matters, including CPF, IRAS, and MOM compliance.
  • Prepare HR-related letters such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, resignation acceptance letters, and other employee documents.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore employment regulations.
  • Support ad hoc HR, admin, and office-related tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant HR and administrative experience.
  • Familiar with Singapore HR practices, including CPF, IRAS, MOM regulations, and work pass processes.
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, off-boarding, and HR documentation.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable managing both HR and administrative tasks independently.
  • Good communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Meticulous, responsible, and able to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
