CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

- Supervise day-to-day construction site activities and workforce.
- Coordinate with project manager, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Minimum 2–5 years of construction site supervision experience.
- Posses certificate in relevant industry is a plus
- Able to work under sun exposure hazard environment in construction site
- Ability to solve conflict and crisis management
- Detailed, independent and possesses leadership skills
- Able to face challenging tasks and meet high standards and deadlines
- Familiar with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices
- Required to travel between different workplaces
- Able to attend to emergency call due to project and works needs beyond office hours
- May require weekend or overtime work for project deadlines.
