We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team to turbocharge our DC & Sovereign AI business growth in the region. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing existing sets of customer accounts, while hunting for new prospects, to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or account management and excellent communication and relationship building skills, with good understanding of the data centre industry a strong plus point.

How You will Make An Impact

To build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs, and stringing together appropriate data centre solutions from our core suite of domestic and international services.

To maximise revenue through renewals and acquiring new clients in local/regional DCs & REAI.

To collaborate with various internal teams such as Product Managers to pursue deals in Singapore and the region.

To identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue streams from both existing customers and breaking into new markets, such as Hyper-scalers, Gaming, Enterprise and Government sectors to ensure continued growth.

To coordinate customer engagement activities with key partner business segments on a proactive basis in order to build and strengthen the customer/partnership relationships and widen the influence that the company has in the data centre industry.

To collaborate with other business units on business leads and convert the customer needs into sales.

To manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely and accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM software.

To negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable margins and contract terms that align with company objectives.

To stay informed about new products and services offered by us, effectively communicating our value propositions to customers and prospects.

To stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Skills for Success

A recognized degree in Engineering, Business or others.

At least 5 years of business development and sales experience in Data Centre and connectivity, with Knowledge in 5G/Edge, and Cloud service as an advantage.

Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams is a necessity.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate our value propositions to customers and prospects.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Strong understanding of Data Centre related knowledge viz, Solar energy, Mechanical and Electrical engineering field, and cooling technologies, will be a big plus.

Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
