Perform Post-Approval Credit Reviews across the Bank's key business segments, including Global Banking, CMG), and Retail Banking.

Conduct Sector Reviews covering selected industries, as well as Special and Ad Hoc Reviews to address emerging risks and areas of concern.
Engage proactively with Business Units and key stakeholders throughout the review process to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Compliance with credit policies and procedures;
The quality and effectiveness of credit underwriting standards; and
The robustness of account management practices and governance frameworks.
Identify control gaps, risk issues, and areas for enhancement, and provide practical recommendations to strengthen credit risk management.
Monitor and track the implementation of agreed action plans, ensuring timely follow-up and closure by the respective stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business or Business Administration
15+ years of credit / lending experience
Experience in the corporate/commercial credit space, with emphasis on knowledge of trade / working capital financing products
Knowledge / experience in credit underwriting and compliance/regulatory issues
