We are seeking a detail-oriented Executive to join our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team. The successful candidate will support the regulatory reporting requirements under MAS Notice 637, ensuring timely and accurate submission of Pillar 1 and Pillar 3 reports while working closely with internal and Group stakeholders.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and submit MAS 637 Pillar 1 reports on a monthly basis and Pillar 3 disclosures on a quarterly basis.
• Perform data extraction, analysis, and reporting using SQL and Microsoft Copilot.
• Upload regulatory reports and schedules to the relevant MAS platforms.
• Liaise with Group counterparts and internal stakeholders to obtain reporting data and resolve reporting issues.
• Conduct variance analysis and investigate reporting discrepancies.
• Support system enhancements, user acceptance testing (UAT), and process improvements related to MAS 637 reporting.
• Assist with ad-hoc assignments and operational support for the ERM team.

• Up to 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in risk management, finance, regulatory reporting, or data analytics.
• Basic proficiency in SQL and data extraction techniques.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and prompt engineering is an advantage.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Good understanding of financial accounting principles.
• Knowledge of MAS Notice 637 will be an added advantage. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
