Operations Manager

AEDIFICIUM ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations & Administration Manager to oversee daily business operations and administrative functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflow, managing staff, and supporting overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Supervise and coordinate staff, including technicians and administrative personnel
  • Plan and monitor work schedules and operational activities
  • Handle HR functions including payroll processing, CPF submissions, and leave management
  • Manage work pass applications (Work Permit, S Pass) and liaise with MOM
  • Maintain proper documentation, records, and compliance with regulations
  • Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and inventory
  • Prepare reports on operational performance, costs, and budgeting
  • Ensure workplace safety standards and company policies are followed
  • Support senior management in planning and business development

Requirements

  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in operations and administration
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and MOM processes
  • Experience in payroll, CPF, and HR administration
  • Good leadership and team management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting systems
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in construction or engineering industry
  • Familiarity with GST submission and basic accounting
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently
