Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations & Administration Manager to oversee daily business operations and administrative functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflow, managing staff, and supporting overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Supervise and coordinate staff, including technicians and administrative personnel
- Plan and monitor work schedules and operational activities
- Handle HR functions including payroll processing, CPF submissions, and leave management
- Manage work pass applications (Work Permit, S Pass) and liaise with MOM
- Maintain proper documentation, records, and compliance with regulations
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and inventory
- Prepare reports on operational performance, costs, and budgeting
- Ensure workplace safety standards and company policies are followed
- Support senior management in planning and business development
Requirements
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in operations and administration
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and MOM processes
- Experience in payroll, CPF, and HR administration
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in construction or engineering industry
- Familiarity with GST submission and basic accounting
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently
