Responsibilities

  • Provide credit administration support, including documentation and internal process management related to customer and counterparty credit lines.
  • Conduct background checks on counterparties and manage communication with internal stakeholders, such as traders and back-office teams.
  • Input and maintain records in credit systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-ups.
  • Perform basic analysis of company data, including the review of annual reports and shareholder structures.
  • Manage and update company data subscriptions, handle invoice verification, and process payments.
  • Undertake general administrative tasks as directed by management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
  • A background in credit administration or related fields is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented, accountable, and resourceful in information gathering and interpretation.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
