The Role
As an Operations & Engineering Intern at Kopi Near Me, you will work closely with our technical and operations team to support the development, upgrading, and deployment of our smart coffee vending machines. This is a hands-on role that provides exposure to mechanical, electrical, and operational aspects of our business.
Key Responsibilities
Learn and understand the operation, maintenance, and technical functions of Kopi Near Me vending machines.
Assemble and configure machine upgrade modules, including electronic components, pumps, wiring, soldering, calibration, and basic programming.
Assist with the installation and commissioning of upgrade modules at customer sites.
Support troubleshooting, testing, and quality assurance of machine upgrades.
Review existing upgrade designs and operational processes, and propose improvements to enhance reliability, efficiency, and ease of deployment.
Document technical procedures and provide feedback to support continuous product and process improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
Student in Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Keen interest in hardware, electronics, IoT, or automation.
Comfortable with hands-on assembly work and learning new technical skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to travel to customer sites when required.
