AI Advantage Lead APAC

We are building a new global AI Advantage team at ServiceNow, and we’re looking for an exceptional candidate to oversee APAC and Japan. We’re interested in candidates that can help turn our customer’s strategy into real proof in weeks.

About the Role

These leaders will run intensive, on-site Vision-to-Prototype engagements with C-level executives across our Marquee customers— helping define ServiceNow strategy, prioritize high-value use cases, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to build prototypes on the ServiceNow platform with an emphasis on AI.

• strategic advisor,

• transformation catalyst, and

• engagement leader guiding 4–6 week sprints.

You’ll work closely with our Workflow Design Studio, Chief Transformation Officers, industry teams, and value leaders to help customers move from AI ambition → execution with real speed and clarity.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years consulting experience

• Strong executive presence and workshop facilitation

• Experience shaping transformation strategy, operating models, or digital/AI programs

• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive alignment across senior stakeholders

• Comfort leading multi-disciplinary teams through high-velocity engagements
