Job Scope:

  1. Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the coffee shop. Ensure that the shop is clean, organized, and well-stocked. Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed. Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and arrange for repairs if necessary.
  2. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and address any customer complaints or issues promptly. Ensure all staff members deliver a high level of customer service. Handle customer inquiries and provide information about menu items.
  3. Staff Supervision: Train, supervise, and schedule coffee shop staff. Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching. Ensure all staff follow company policies and procedures.
