What You'll Do
Own a product engine end to end: roadmap, prioritisation, OKRs, and outcomes.
Go deep with enterprise BFSI customers to understand their workflows and compliance constraints, and translate that into products they rely on daily.
Lead a squad of engineers and a designer to ship and iterate fast without cutting corners.
Operate AI-native. Use AI tooling by default to multiply your own output, and show us how you do it.
Use data to define success, track progress, and keep raising the bar.
Help shape Hupo’s product processes and culture.
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves
We hire product builders who are already ahead of their peers, with the experience to own an engine independently. The constants:
You are fluent with core LLM systems in practice: prompting, retrieval, embeddings, evaluation, and fine-tuning, and you have used them to build real products.
You reach for AI tooling by default to compress your own work, and you can demonstrate it.
You thrive in ambiguity and take ownership without waiting to be told what to do.
You are detail-obsessed and intrinsically driven to improve your craft.
You communicate clearly and concisely, in writing and in person, and you translate between technical and non-technical teams.
Nice-to-Haves
Deep domain knowledge in insurance, wealth management, or financial services sales and servicing.
Enterprise SaaS experience, especially deploying into large regulated institutions.
A product or tool you have shipped using generative AI, in your work or as a side project.
