Title: Executive Assistant

Team: Operations

Location: APAC, Remote

What You'll Do

  • Must be very autonomous and great at problem solving

  • Coordinate calendar scheduling across multiple time zones

  • Own travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and real-time troubleshooting

  • Manage personal assistant oriented tasks (restaurant booking, insurance claims, etc.)

  • Triage email communications with clients and external parties

  • Proactively take on ambiguous operational challenges

  • Adapt to a flexible, non-traditional schedule to align with the founder’s location and global business needs

  • Relay and track travel expenses for the team and vendor payments

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves

  • 3+ years of experience for a global and VC-backed startup as an executive assistant or chief of staff for a founder

  • Proven track record in executive assistance, operations management, and versatile problem solving

  • Moves quickly, proactively and has a team-building oriented attitude

  • Must be a digital native and very familiar with a variety of SaaS tools (Microsoft, Google Workspace, Zoom, Claude, etc.)

  • Highly organized and proactive in communication

  • 100% fluency in written and verbal English

  • Must be available 8 AM to 6 PM SGT. Evening hours may be needed based on founder's travel scheduling.
