Sales Representative
PERSOL
We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to enhance growth through strategic customer engagement and effective order management, driving improvements in win rates and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete RFQ and quotation process, including BOM review and pricing strategy.
- Enhance quote turnaround speed and accuracy to optimize sales conversion.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to improve pricing and margins.
- Proactively follow up on quotes to convert opportunities.
- Engage with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and ensure supply continuity.
- Coordinate complex RFQs and projects with Sales and Operations.
- Address allocation challenges and manage ECN/EOL issues.
- Act as the primary contact for assigned accounts, ensuring professional communication.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities for sales within existing customer accounts.
- Develop a pipeline of prospective customers from various sources.
- Ensure precise order processing and contract pricing updates.
- Oversee logistics and resolve issues related to delivery and quality.
- Assist with credit and debit note handling.
- Monitor quote-to-order conversion rates and customer activities.
- Provide support for sales forecasting and reporting.
- Contribute to revenue targets through performance metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3–7 years of experience particularly in electronics.
- Solid background in RFQ handling, pricing strategies, and BOM management.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence deal outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Proficiency in Excel, quoting tools, and ERP systems; adept at managing complex data.
