Responsibilities
- Translate internal visions and client requirements into compelling 3D visual concepts and storyboards.
- Facilitate understanding and alignment through persuasive presentations to stakeholders.
- Oversee the entire creative process, from initial brief and conceptualization through to design execution, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Provide expert guidance to the Production team for accurate and quality realization of approved 3D designs.
- Exceed client expectations through exceptional design work and a commitment to understanding their objectives.
- Adapt to changing business needs by taking on additional roles and responsibilities to support team success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in design or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the MICE industry or similar environment, complemented by a strong portfolio showcasing event and spatial design work.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret client briefs and translate them into innovative design concepts.
- Proficiency in spatial planning and exceptional creative flair, with the ability to visually communicate ideas through sketches, renderings, and presentations.
- Strong verbal and visual communication skills for confident presentations to diverse stakeholders.
- Capability to convert creative visions into detailed, production-ready drawings and specifications.
- Advanced proficiency in 3D Studio Max, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator, alongside a solid understanding of their applications in event design.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite for effective documentation and project management.
- Strong commitment to accuracy and quality, with the ability to deliver exceptional work within tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery of all required outputs.
- Professional communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
