Your Mission

As the Sous Chef, you'll be the trusted right hand of the Head Chef and the driving force behind every successful service.

You'll lead the kitchen with confidence, inspire your team, maintain exceptional culinary standards, and ensure every guest enjoys a consistently memorable dining experience.

What You'll Be Doing

As the Sous Chef, you'll be the driving force behind a high-performing kitchen—supporting the Head Chef to deliver exceptional food, develop great people, and maintain world-class kitchen standards.

You'll:

  • Lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring every service runs smoothly, efficiently, and consistently.
  • Deliver exceptional food, maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Coach, mentor, and inspire the culinary team to perform at their best every day.
  • Drive operational excellence by managing inventory, reducing wastage, and supporting kitchen profitability.
  • Champion food safety and hygiene, ensuring a clean, organised, and fully compliant kitchen.
  • Work alongside the Head Chef to create an outstanding dining experience and continuously improve the way we operate.
