PartTime Project Sales & Admin Coordinator/Executive
(Sales& Marketing)
ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking for a resourceful, experienced and committed individual to manage the following:
· Key role to support project and sales activities.
· To handle coordination & administrative related duties for project work and sales activities.
· Prepare and submit project documentation while project confirmed
· Prepare & Support tender documentation submission (GeBIZ / public sector portals)
· Prepare quotations and follow up with clients
· Coordinate sales follow up documentation submissions to respective clients
· Assist to track project progress & coordinate and follow through project work among internal team and vendors if required
· Provide administrative support and coordinate between the project team and externalcustomers.
· Ad hoc duties and projects as assigned from time to time.
· Exposure to support Singapore and Hong Kong headquarter projects and other international exposure
Requirements· At least a Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communications,Information Technology or equivalent.
· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
· Self-motivated and dynamic personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Independent,organized, meticulous, team player and a fast worker.
· Good analytical and problem solving skills.
· Ability to maintain a positive attitude at all times.
· Minimum 1 year working experience in project admin, Operations, marketing, etc.
· Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
Working Time: 2.00 pm to 6.00pm, Monday – Friday (HALF DAY)
Singaporeans / Spore PR are welcome
$9-$13 hour (depend on experience)
