Game Designer (Based in Kuala Lumpur, iGaming)

• Support the development of game concepts, mechanics, and features, including drafting clear and structured design documents.
• Define and refine gameplay rules to enhance user engagement and overall player experience.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and audio teams to ensure cohesive and high-quality game delivery.
• Participate in playtesting, analyse feedback, and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
• Keep up with gaming trends and introduce fresh, creative concepts into projects.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in ga me design.
• Solid understanding of gameplay systems, mechanics, and basic game mathematics.
• Strong documentation skills with attention to detail and clarity.
• Familiarity with design tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe XD)
• Team-oriented mindset, good communication skills, and a strong passion for gaming.
