Overview
- Responsible for collecting, reviewing, and verifying field data related to project equipment and instruments, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data within the Maximo system.
- Managing and maintain field data within the Maximo system, ensuring accuracy and reliability of data for asset management and maintenance operations.
- Administrative of all type of Maximo System Master Data and backup of Planner & Scheduler
- Manage the procurement, inventory, and distribution of maintenance, repair, and operations supplies.
- Ensures that all necessary materials and equipment are available to support maintenance activities and operations, optimizing inventory levels and minimizing downtime
- Perform on-site data collection activities, including equipment and instrument walkdown verification, ensuring accuracy and completeness of project lists.
- Maintain and manage collected data in Maximo, ensuring data integrity, reliability, and compliance with established SOPs, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies encountered during data collection and verification processes
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate data collection and reporting and generate and maintain detailed reports on data collection activities and findings.
- Manage the procurement process for MRO supplies, including sourcing, negotiating with vendors, and placing orders.
- Manage MRO procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor negotiation, order placement, and resolution of delivery, quality, and pricing issues with suppliers.
- Maintain and optimize inventory in Maximo, ensuring accurate records, optimal stock levels, and implementation of effective inventory control strategies to minimize costs and prevent stockouts.
- Monitor, analyze, and audit inventory usage, including tracking consumption trends, forecasting requirements, and conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy and address discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance and stakeholder support, including adherence to safety and regulatory requirements for storage and handling, coordination with SEM teams/requesters, preparation of reports, development of SOPs, and provision of user support as required.

Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor degree in Engineering
- Interested in CMMS management and maintenance engineering
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
