Location: Novena/ Thomson (Must be ok to move around)

Salary: $28/ hr

Working Hours: Any 5 days in a week between Mon- Sat

Mon- Fri (9am - 530pm), Sat (9am - 330pm)

Responsible in the administrative duties such as assisting in the reception & registration of patients, process flow, record keeping, answering phone calls, appointment scheduling
Dispensing of medicines in the clinic
Assist Doctor in clinical matters such as dressings, investigations & laboratory tests, surgery, procedures, health/medical screenings & examinations etc.
Responsible for following up with patients and their family for long-term yearly reviews;
Responsible for building good rapport and relationship with patients and their family;
Responsible in sterilizing the equipment;
Responsible for stocktaking of drugs at the clinic;
Responsible for keeping track of medicine administered for patients undergoing IVF;
Create and maintain reports (daily, weekly and monthly);
Perform drug administration duties (e.g. stock monitoring, ordering and maintenance);
Responsible in clinic housekeeping;
Establish good rapport and better relationships with patients and corporate clients and following up on their requirements;
Monitor and upkeep stationery, medical supplies, furniture and equipment at clinics;
Monitor and follow up on the investigations, X-ray, medical reports and client requests;
Responsible in taking blood and administering injections under doctor’s supervision;
Oversee in areas of maintenance, repair and cleaning works of the clinic(s);
Such other duties in the overall management of the clinic(s) where necessary and/or assigned to you from time to time.
