Site Engineer

About Us: R SQUARE ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is a dynamic engineering consultancy and construction firm specializing in process and industrial plant design, equipment installation, piping, and structural works. We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Site Engineer to oversee our ongoing industrial and building projects across Singapore.

Job Summary

You will lead daily site operations for industrial and building projects, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and quality standards while coordinating with stakeholders to deliver projects on time.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations to ensure structural, mechanical, and civil works comply with approved designs and safety standards
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to achieve timely project completion
• Prepare and review method statements, technical submissions, and progress reports to support project documentation and communication
• Enforce strict QA/QC and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations to maintain site safety and quality compliance
• Apply knowledge of local building codes and site inspection procedures to identify and resolve on-site issues
• Utilize AutoCAD skills to interpret and verify design drawings for accurate implementation
• Work independently to manage and resolve challenges encountered during site execution

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Process Engineering
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant site experience in Singapore’s construction or process plant sector

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Strong knowledge of local building codes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Experience with site inspection procedures
